Ordering and Shipping

Regular shipping policy: We make your pieces to order here in the studio, and send them as soon as they're finished - sometimes that’s the same day, but during busy periods it can take a little more time. However, we’ll always make sure your pieces leave the studio within seven business days from the order date. You’ll receive an order confirmation when you place your order and a shipping notification with tracking once it ships.

If you’re in a rush, don’t see what you’re looking for, or have any questions at all, send us a note!

Through Dec. 31st, 2024, we are offering USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground shipping within the U.S. at no cost with your purchase. If you need expedited shipping, there will be a small additional charge. For any timing squeeze, please contact us before placing your order and we’ll be happy to help!

International customer? Please send us a note, and we’ll gladly let you know if we’re able to ship to you!

All jewelry pieces are shipped in a gift box, and if you’d like us to enclose a special note or do anything else to make the package arrive as you’d like, just let us know in the “additional information” field at checkout. We normally include a packing list saying what the item is, but we never put pricing information in the box.

Holiday Returns: We’re happy to accept returns on purchases made in December 2024 until January 30, 2025.

Regular Return Policy: Returns are gladly accepted on unworn pieces within 10 days of receipt. Please pack the jewelry in the box it arrived in (or similiar box) to keep it protected, and send it insured to our studio address using the shipper of your choice. Once we receive the return, we’ll process a refund straight away. Please note that we are not a storefront, and we ask that all returns come by mail/UPS/FedEx.

We treat your information the way we’d like ours to be treated: we’ll never share it with anyone, or auto-add you to our own mailing list, or do anything with your email other than to communicate with you about your actual order.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Do you ever offer sales or discounts?

A: Our prices are always the same, all year. We don’t want anybody to stress out about catching a sale or to be sad about missing one, and our pieces are priced to pay our studio staff a living wage. We’re always glad to see you, and always here to help! You may see a field in the checkout for “gift or discount code”, and we want you to know that you’re not missing something, it’s just for the happy folks who have received a gift card to redeem it during checkout. So shop away, anytime :)

Q: How should I best care for my jewelry?

A: You can use our Jewelry Care Guide to learn more about how to clean and care for the materials used to create our pieces.

Q: Is it possible to order a necklace in a slightly longer or shorter length?

A: Sure! Almost all of our necklaces can be modified, and we’re happy to adjust by an inch or two at no extra charge. Please measure a necklace that you like (or just use a piece of string) by holding it end to end against a ruler or tape measure, and send us that measurement. If we have any questions, we’ll let you know, and in the rare case that the adjustment won’t work with the design we’ll gladly refund any payments you’ve made for the piece and the shipping costs.

Q: Do you sell single earrings?

A: Sadly, not at the moment. We’re so sorry if you’ve lost an earring! We won’t have the capacity to make single earrings for the foreseeable future but hope to bring this offering back when we have the full staff back in the studio again. However if you feel that the loss was due to a problem with the workmanship of the earring, please send us a note!

Q: May I come by your studio to visit and shop?

A: We’re sorry, but… While we love to meet our lovely customers and collectors, we’re a tiny crew working at full tilt and we need to stay focused to get it all done. We kindly ask that, when purchasing through the studio, you work with us through the mail or select our new curbside pickup option.
